WHY WE SMOKE
At Rigsby’s, we believe ingredients make the meal. We know the first and most basic secret about delicious wings and burgers is that you can, indeed, SMOKE them! The blend of the smoked flavors is the key to our great-tasting wing and burgers. If we didn’t smoke them, then it just wouldn’t be the Rigsby’s way!
WINGS
Our smoked wings are always fresh and never frozen. The daily process starts with a simple brine while selecting the finest hickory and applewood chips to smoke. The simple ingredients, time, and just the right amount of smoke puts our wings in a class all by itself. Perfection isn’t easy, but it sure is amazing. Our smoked wings will certainly have you coming back for more!
BURGERS
Here at Rigsby’s, we leave no wood unturned when it comes to our smoked burgers. We begin with our secret signature beef blend and smoke the patty over hickory and applewood chips. We finish it off on our flat top grill to lock in all those juices while keeping the infusion of the amazing smoked flavors. Our artisan potato bun will do the job when it comes to keeping all the deliciousness together. It’s definitely going to get messy, but we promise it’s the best way to eat our burgers!
